A new round of learning for Phobos.

Phobos 0.8B version 3 has been added to the project's development packages, with more examples of short questions, follow-ups and desktop tasks.

What changed

Training examples were refreshed for current desktop behavior, with more attention to telling a question from a request to change something.

How it was checked

The candidate was checked against a fresh question set that had not been used for training. Those checks informed the version choice; Phobos can still misunderstand.

Phobos powers local desktop Help. Ecliptic AI continues to present supported changes for review before applying them.
